The villa is just 5 minutes walk from Praia do Pego, one of the most exclusive beaches in Portugal. Indeed, this bright and spacious property is built directly upon a dune and is surrounded by pine forests and meadows. Guests can relax and unwind to the soothing sound of the waves and benefit from an ever-present sea breeze, which offers some welcome respite from the summer heat. • Kitchen (40 m2), fully equipped with Siemens Class A appliances, large oven (90 cm), American fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining area with an 8-seater dining table overlooking the inner courtyard.

• Double bedroom (23 m2) with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and hydro massage bath.

• A 140 m2 pine sundeck on the roof of the property - with its four sun loungers / mattresses and four deck chairs, a truly unique spot in which to sunbathe and relax. 

Swimming pool

A private, heated swimming pool (10 m long x 3 m wide and 1.2 m deep), finished with micro cement. The pool additionally benefits from with an electric cover, which maintains the temperature of the water and provides added security. Water quality is monitored weekly by certified personnel.

Garden

The holiday home is built in a nature reserve with indigenous plants and flowers. The private grounds measure approximately 800m2 and are equipped with wooden walkways.
