Casa Feliz offers a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The renovation was completed in June 2020, it has become a beautiful house with a nice atmosphere. The site is surrounded by the Andalusian olive groves with a beautiful view of the hills and Lake Iznajar, the largest lake in Andalusia or also called "Lake of Andalusia".
The spacious house of 250 m2 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a double room with ensuite bathroom (bath with mountain view, shower and toilet) and large terrace with large lounge chair. Then there is a spacious double room and a room with two bunk beds for four children. In the hallway is the second bathroom (double sink and walk-in shower and toilet). There is a guest toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is a real eye-catcher and the house is furnished with high-quality design furniture. The private pool is 5x8 meters and 1.60 meters deep. There are five sun beds, umbrellas and butterfly chairs around the pool. At the front of the house there is a lovely covered terrace with a dining table and at the back of the house. The house is located next to Casa Clemente, you both have your privacy on the terraces outside and inside the house. The pools are both behind the houses and are at different heights.
At the Iznajar lake is a landscaped beach where you can enjoy quiet water sports. There is absolutely no mass tourism, on the contrary. Everything is very authentic, including the many tapas bars with their delicious dishes. The white village of Iznájar is located in the south of the vast natural park of La Subbética. Due to its central location, Casa Feliz is the ideal starting point for excursions. By car you are in one hour in Málaga, Granada or Córdoba. And in 2 hours you are in Seville.

Villa for 4-8 persons with heated pool in Andalusia
Casa Feliz is a very tastefully decorated house with plenty of space inside and outside to have a nice vacation with eight people.
Layout | 250 m2
First floor:
- Spacious kitchen with cooking island (fully equipped with oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer, Nespresso, induction cooktop and spacious bar with four stools)
- In this room is the dining area created with dining table for 8 people and doors to the spacious terrace outside where a dining table overlooking the lake is.
- On the side another covered terrace with large picnic table and bricked in countertop with sink and space for the plancha
- Behind the kitchen is a nice sitting area with lounge sofa
- The kitchen goes over (2 steps up) to the living room, where a lounge sofa is at the television. There is also a hanging chair and extra chair and doors to the terrace.
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
Upstairs (there is air conditioning in the bedrooms):
- A staircase up takes you to a little hallway where the bedrooms are adjacent and a door is to the terrace outside.
- On one side of the hall you will find the master bedroom with double bed (can not be separated) and ensuite bathroom with bath, double sinks, toilet and shower. A door leads to the beautiful terrace outside with walled-in sofas with cushions.
- Next to this room is the room with the two bunk beds. The upper beds have a (mobile) screen for the safety of the little ones.
- Opposite this room is the (shared) bathroom with shower, toilet and sinks.
- On the other side of the hallway is the other double room with fixed bed
Outside:
- There are many places outside to spend time:
- The spacious terrace outside at the front of the house, where there is also a dining table overlooking the lake
- To the side, another covered terrace with large picnic table and masonry sink and space for the plancha
- An additional seating area at the preference and a path up brings you behind the house to the pool area
- The private pool is slightly higher than the house and is 5x8 meters in size and 1.60 meters deep. There are five sunbeds, umbrellas and butterfly chairs around the pool. The pool is heated (against an extra fee) and can be covered by a cover that opens and closes electrically.
