Casa Ferioli is a beautifully restored farmhouse with a spacious garden, olive grove and swimming pool. It offers complete privacy and a magnificent view over the Tuscan hills. It is an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday or with a group of friends, surrounded by all comforts and tranquility.

Ground floor:
- Cozy living room, dining table for 8 guests and an open kitchen
- The kitchen is equipped with a Bora induction hob, an American fridge with ice maker, as well as an espresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, and blender. Adjacent to the kitchen is the 'cantina', a storage room with a wine rack
- Underfloor heating and cooling throughout the entire ground floor
First floor:
- Second living room with an original fireplace (where cooking was done 400 years ago).
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a double bed that can also be twinned
- A bathroom with a shower
Second floor:
- A bedroom with a double canopy bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for children.
- A bathroom with a bathtub
Additional information:
- All bedrooms have air conditioning that can cool and heat.
- The 6th bedroom for two people is located in the garden house and has an outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub.
- For children, there are board games, 2 high chairs, 2 baby cots, and children's tableware
Good to know:
Outside the high season it is possible to rent the house with a maximum of 6 people at a reduced rate. The entire 2nd floor is then closed off, as is the bedroom in the garden house.

- Large garden with plenty of privacy and several terraces in and out of the sun
- Outdoor kitchen with sink, pizza wood oven, and Weber barbecue
- Saltwater infinity pool (12x 5.50m, the deepest part is 250cm deep) with sunbeds and outdoor shower, and fabulous views over the private olive grove and the village
- The pool has a cover, and is fenced. The pool is open from April to October (depending on the weather)
