In addition, the privileged location - directly on the beach with unobstructed sea view - is also something very special.

Ground floor:
- Through the entrance, you step into the open living room.
- To the right, you will find the spacious and modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, and additional cooking equipment.
- Further on, you will find the sitting area with a spacious sofa and a smart TV (with Dutch channels and streaming function) and the dining table.
- The glass folding doors to the terrace can be opened completely.
First floor:
- Three spacious bedrooms with doublebeds, one with French doors opening onto a French balcony with sea views.
- Two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
Outside:
- At the front of the house, you will find a cosy little 'street' where the other houses of the condominium are connected. Here you can enjoy the sun later in the evening, and the neighbours occasionally come together for a drink. It feels like a small village street!
- On the other side, you will find the spacious terrace (40 m²) with sea view, a large dining table, and a cosy lounge area. There is also an electric barbecue at your disposal.
- From the terrace, you can walk to the communal garden.
- The condominium also has a tennis court (tennis rackets are provided!) and a basketball court.
- There is private parking at the house.
