Casa O is a stylish villa for families and friends looking for peace, nature and privacy. The house sits on a hill just outside Pescara, in the green heart of Abruzzo, with views of the Gran Sasso massif and only fifteen minutes from the Adriatic coast.

The interior is thoughtfully designed in a beautiful mix of old and new, featuring wooden beamed ceilings, soft tones and large windows that flood the spaces with natural light. The modern kitchen is the heart of the home and connects seamlessly with the charming living and dining areas. Everywhere you go, doors open directly to the outdoors — surrounded by five hectares of olive trees and overlooking the Gran Sasso, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun, a siesta in the shade or an aperitif at sunset.

Casa O features three spacious bedrooms for 6 adults and 3 children, each with its own bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs include additional children’s beds, ideal for families with younger children, and can even be combined into one generous 70 m² family suite. Outside, a quiet garden awaits with a lawn for playing and an outdoor dining table for atmospheric alfresco meals. The saltwater pool is perfect for refreshing dips on warm days and is shared with the owners’ other house, Casa Oliveto.

Casa O also offers a range of special local experiences, from cooking classes and wine tastings to olive harvesting in October, cherry picking in spring and foraging workshops in the countryside. Private yoga sessions at the house are also available — a wonderful way to slow down, unwind and immerse yourself in the local culture.
