Ground floor:

• Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and essentials like espresso machine, fridge, dishwasher, stove & oven. Adjacent is a fireplace and a small dining table for 4 persons. 
• Living room with a cozy lounge area and a large dining table for 10 persons. From here & the kitchen, you can directly access the garden. 
• Spacious bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and direct access to the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, sink & WC. 
• Separate toilet room with a WC & sink. 
• Laundry room with a washing machine & dryer. 
• A staircase from the entrance hall takes you to the first floor.

First floor:

• Two bedrooms wth double beds (180cm x 200cm) and en-suite bathrooms with a shower, sink, bidet, WC, and one also with a bathtub. 
• From both bedrooms, you can access the terrace offering picturesque views.
• Landing room with a small double bed (suitable for 2 children).

Outdoor area | 60 000 m2

Casa Oliveto sits slightly higher on the hillside than Casa O, on the same estate surrounded by extensive olive groves. The two houses are about 80 metres apart. The spacious saltwater pool is located around 30 metres from Casa Oliveto and 45 metres from Casa O, and is shared by both houses.
