This old Catalan farmhouse from the 17th century has been lovingly converted into a sustainable and charming holiday spot to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular natural surroundings. In the middle of a six-hectare property with vast fields, pine forests, and vineyards, you will find three holiday homes in complete privacy - The Main House, suitable for 6 adults; The Mill and The Barn - both suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. In a rustic style, the main house has a kitchen, living room, and 3 double bedrooms. The cottages have a double bed, bathroom, lounge corner with a sofa bed, a small kitchen, and a private terrace with the most beautiful views.
On the estate, you will find a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and a covered relaxation zone with lounge beds, seats, and tables. Children can help feed the animals (including two horses, donkeys, a cat, and small dogs). You can also go on a hiking adventure in the woods or swim in the river Reguerada that crosses the estate.
Located between the Pyrenees and the sea, you will find numerous sights such as Figueras, Cadaqués, and Cap de Creus Natural Park within a short distance. Enjoy a good glass of wine from the best Catalan wineries of the Alt Empordá region or relax on the beaches of Roses and Llançà, which are only 20 minutes away by car.

Casa rural Molí Roquer is a beautiful Catalan farmhouse located in L'Albera National Park, a protected natural area. The property has three independent cottages, with a capacity for 6 adults in the main house and 4 people in the cottages. El Molino, an old stone mill in a rustic style, and El Pajar, the converted stable.
The property is no less than 6 hectares in size with extensive fields, vineyards, and pine forests. Guests have access to all on-site facilities, including:
- A private outdoor pool (8x5 m / 140 cm deep) with sunbeds.
- An organic garden
- Lounge/BBQ zone with a covered terrace with lounge beds, a picnic table, loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and fridge
- A river which crosses the estate (you can swim in the river)
- Stables with 12 boxes and various farm animals including 2 horses, 2 donkeys, geese, chickens, cats, and small dogs
- The (hiking) trails in the park
The hosts can offer various paid services, which must be requested in advance and are subject to availability, including:
