• The house has two floors, with all rooms enjoying views of either the garden or the surrounding landscape.
• Upon entry, you will find a large kitchen and dining table for eight people. 
• The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven, blender, espresso machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, quoocker, ceramic cooker, grill, toaster and kettle besides cookware and tableware.
• The kitchen connects to the outside dining room, as well as the indoor living room. 
• There are two bedrooms on this floor - one suite with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and exit to the outside, and the other with a single bed (180 x 80 cm). 
• Both rooms have private bathrooms, with the addition of a guest bathroom on this floor.
• On the floor above, you’ll find four more bedrooms. A suite with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and exit to the outside, a double room with king or twin bed (180 x 200 cm), and two more double rooms with king or twin beds (200 x 90 cm).
• There are three private bathrooms on this floor, with two double rooms sharing one bathroom.
• The top floor also has a games room with books, a smart TV, stereo and speaker. 

Outside (1000 m2)

• Adjoining the house is a large, pruned garden with a few trees and bushes. 
• Within the garden is a swimming pool (10 m x 3 m; 90 - 190 cm depth) with pool chairs.
• There are three gathering spots right by the garden - an open living room with fireplace, a lounge area, and an outdoor dining area with a pergola and a table for eight guests.
• A mobile charcoal grill is available for use outside.
• There is a trampoline for kids.
