This old house has been completely renovated while preserving some original elements (such as the old doors and beautiful tiled floor) and complemented with modern furniture, smooth concrete floors, and decorations in natural materials. Together with the calm colors, wooden stools, poufs, comfortable cushions, wicker baskets and lamps, and beautiful carpets, you will feel an warm and cozy ambiance inside.
Despite its compact dimensions (120m2), the house offers every comfort for 6 people! Downstairs you will find the attractive open-plan living room with a kitchen and a separate dining room, with access to the covered terrace that offers breathtaking views over the Iznájar reservoir. On the terrace, you will find a table for your al-fresco meals, a lounge sofa for a siesta or aperitif, and, last but not least, your own plunge pool! You will spend many hours on this terrace with all these amenities (and of course the view!). Upstairs are the 3 ensuite bedrooms that enjoy the same scenic view and all have access to the balcony.
From the house, you can walk to the village with many charming alleys, restaurants, and a real Spanish atmosphere. In addition, the Iznája reservoir offers opportunities for water sports, swimming, and sunbathing on the alluring beach Playa de Valdearenas. Also, the majestic cities of Granada and Córdoba are only an hour away and are therefore ideal for a day trip.

Lovely stay for 6 persons with beautiful views in southern Spain
Casa Trece (120m2) is a charming holiday home set in the center of an authentic Andalusia village. The house is spread over two floors and has a panoramic terrace and balcony with amazing views. The house can accommodate 6 people and is divided as follows:
- You enter the house through the hallway leading to the dining room with a table and benches and a door to the covered terrace.
- The open-plan living room and kitchen are just before the dining room, on the left side. This room offers gorgeous viuws and has direct access to the terrace. The sitting area has a sofa, some poufs, and a television.
- The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, and a cooktop. There is also a wooden breakfast bar with several bar stools.
- In the hallway, a staircase leads to the first floor; here are the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. Two bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, and one has a bath. In the bathrooms, you will find toiletries of the brand Wellmark. The bedrooms also each have access to the panoramic balcony.
- There is a laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside:
- The covered terrace (45m2) has a dining table for 6 people and an electric barbecue.
- The terrace also has a lounge sofa, some seats, a plunge pool (3x4 m / 1.15 m deep), an outdoor shower, and two sunbeds.
Extra information:
- Children from 12 years are welcome.
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
- At 200 meters from the house there is a public parking lot. It is possible to drive up to the house to load and unload but you will have to drive backwards on your way back.
