Owners Tessa and Herman searched, in addition to their beautiful villa La Grande Bellezza in Umbria (also in our collection), for a place where they could exercise their love for skiing, cycling and hiking. When they visited the Dolomites they immediately fell in love & we are sure you will enjoy it too.
After a long day in the open air you will enjoy coming home to this comfortable apartment of over 40 m2. Next to the separate sleeping area with a modern designed bunk bed construction is the cozy living area with kitchen and dining area. The living room has a high quality memory-foam sofa bed for 2 persons and there is a bathroom with double sink, toilet and quality shower. But the best thing is the balcony with breathtaking views of the Sella Massif.
The apartment is located 7 minutes walk from the ski elevator Nives (where you will find the children/beginner slopes) with a good ski and snowboard rentalfacility with storageboxes and 5 minutes from the lively center of Selva di val Gardena, with all the (après-ski) bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores.

Discover the winter sports area of Selva
Apartment Dolomiti Dreams is located on the second floor of an authentic building, if you open the door of your apartment you will be pleasantly surprised: the modern, sturdy interior and inventive design is well done. The 40m2 are neatly organized and equipped with everything you will need, including nice details such as Dutch boardgames and a Bluetooth speaker.
The dormitory with two bunk beds is closed with sliding doors. When these are open, you will enjoy 1 large open space. All mattresses, including the sofa bed, are made of memory foam and are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, oven, nespresso machine and kettle. The bathroom has a double sink, rain shower, bidet and toilet. The apartment has plenty of storage space, with large drawers under the beds, hanging space and cupboards. In the hallway is a large wardrobe. Next to the main entrance of the apartment complex is a lockable room where you can safely store your ski/snowboard gear and mountain bikes. The basement also has a dryer for 5 pairs of ski boots.
The apartment is suitable for 5 adults or 2 adults and max. 4 children.
