Domaine Lachat is nestled amid the rolling fields with vineyards in the French Beaujolais region. The old wine farm was renovated by the owners, Anne & Thijs, who transformed part of the building into 4 modern gîtes for 2-5 people. Ideal for a holiday with your own family, friends, or a getaway with two.

The gîtes are completely independent and have their own kitchen, attractive sitting area, modern bathroom with a spacious shower, and 1-2 bedrooms. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer fantastic views of the countryside.

Enjoy quiet days in nature, a refreshing dip in the (shared) heated swimming pool, a good book in the hammock, or a delicious glass of wine (from the own vineyard). For those that want to be pampered, breakfast can be provided as well as a weekly barbecue (in summer months) and a lunch with local products and vegetables from the own vegetable garden!

Wine lovers can discover many excellent wineries in the area, but you will also find walking and cycling routes as well as charming villages with typical markets, summer festivals, beautiful castles, and (swimming) lakes for a relaxing afternoon by the water.

Four apartments with heated pool in French Alps

Domaine Lachat has 4 spacious and bright gîtes (apartments) that are completely independent. All apartments have an open plan living with a sitting area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. They also have 1-2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. All gîtes are equipped with climate control that provides cool air in the summer and warmth in the early and late season.

Domaine Lachat is set in extensive grounds with a shared heated swimming pool surrounded by a large sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool is the pool house with a shower and toilet. There are also two large picnic tables and some tables and chairs and you can use the outdoor kitchen.
High chairs and beds are available for children.

Food @ Domaine Lachat
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with an aperitif and some home-made snacks.
During the summer (in July and August) you can book a Saturday evening BBQ and on Mondays (the day many restaurants are closed) you can book an extensive lunch with regional dishes and fresh products from the own vegetable garden. At Domaine Lachat, you also have the option to order a breakfast basket with fresh (home-made) products.

Wine tastings of the wine made on the Domaine are also available on request.
