The holiday home has excellent facilities and is equipped to a high standard so that you can enjoy every comfort. There are two spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas and two kitchens, one of which is a large open space, annex dining room, with a wood-burning stove. Natural light streams through the patio doors and windows providing endless views over the surrounding fields. Spread over the house you will find 6 double bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people. This makes it the perfect hideaway for a holiday with several families or friends to relax and enjoy French country life.
In the fully equipped outdoor kitchen on the covered terrace, you can prepare your al-fresco meals, and children can go on an adventure in the 50,000 m2 large garden. Long warm days can be spent reading and sunbathing by the pool, while the wood-fired Finnish sauna completes the moments of relaxation and well-being.

Spacious holiday home in the quiet countryside of southwest France for 10 people
Domaine Serault is a beautifully restored country house situated on a large private property with inviting outdoor areas, a private swimming pool, and plenty of space for dining, relaxing and playing. The house consists of two parts, which are connected downstairs and upstairs and are located under a roof. All areas downstairs offer access to the terrace or garden through French doors.
Layout Domaine Serault | 600 m2 | max. 10 people
Part 1 - Ground floor:
- Entrance with stairs to the rear of the house and to the upper floor.
- A spacious kitchen with a cooking island, a long wooden dining table, and a wood-burning stove.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and kettle.
- Living room with comfortable sofas, television, and a wood-burning stove
- At the rear of the house is a utility room with access to a bathroom with a bath, shower, and sink. In the utility room, there is also a separate toilet, a laundry area, and a large fridge. The utility room gives access to the kitchen.
- The ground floor is barrier-free and suitable for the disabled
Part 1 - Upper Floor:
- The left staircase to the upper floor leads to a landing with a reading area. This area is adjacent to the second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and on the other side the third bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
- The right staircase to the upper floor leads to the fourth (very spacious) bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a double sink, bath, and shower. On this side is also the fifth (spacious) bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa.
Part 2 - Ground Floor:
- An open living room with a lounge area and an L-shaped sofa, a dining table (for 8 people), and a second fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, and ample crockery.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink
Part 2 - Upper Floor:
- A small overflow
- A separate toilet
- The sixth bedroom with skylight and two beds (90x200 cm)
- The seventh bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm)
There is an additional bed (90x200) in one of the bedrooms, and there are 2 baby cots available in the house. The house is further equipped with wifi internet and a Smart TV with Netflix function.
Outside:
The domain has a very large garden (50,000m2!) with the following facilities:
- Covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people, two lounge beds, and a fully equipped kitchen including a gas hob, oven, sink, and barbecue
- Pool house with toilet, sink, and shower
- Wood-fired Finnish sauna
