The vacation home Domus Civita perfectly reflects the unique charm of the location. Owner and architect Patrizio Fradiani has transformed it into a luxury holiday destination with three suites featuring ensuite bathrooms, accommodating 6-8 people. Housed in a part of a 14th-century palazzo, it rests on an underground network of caves, Etruscan tombs, and a Roman well. The original floor tiles, stone fireplace, and rustic beams have been meticulously restored. Through the caves, one gains access to the enchanting wine cellar, An old Roman water cistern, still plastered in its original hydraulic plaster.

The living room and large kitchen on the 1st-floor form the original core of the living spaces, featuring a remarkable basalt stone fireplace, terracotta floors, and wooden beams, all from the fourteenth century and carefully restored. The modern kitchen and furniture create a unique synergy, making the space comfortable and atmospheric while respecting its 'original soul.'
Suite 1 & study on the ground floor, formerly the old "bottega" of the house, constitute a large suite with a king-size bed and a built-in bench that can serve as a twin bed + a study for reading and relaxation with an additional single bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The exposed tufa stone on part of the wall and the presence of arches give this room a unique atmosphere.
Suite 2 on the second floor offers a panoramic view of the valley around Civita. With an extra-wide queen-size bed, beamed ceiling, and ensuite bathroom with a shower, fan, and ample storage space, the window view in the morning creates a beautiful atmosphere. The modern interior and carefully restored old doors and ceilings contribute to the vibrant and beautiful surroundings.
Suite 3 on the second floor offers an intimate view of the streets of Civita. With an extra-wide queen-size bed, ceiling beams, a bathroom with a shower, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space, a serene atmosphere prevails.
