Finca Avedin is an amazing country house hidden on a beautiful estate of 15 hectares with various vegetation of olive and almond trees, woods, numerous fruit trees, vegetable gardens, flowers, and shrubs. The country house (900 m²) can accommodate 16 people and is divided as follows:

Ground floor:

• In the heart of the house are two spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas, lounge sofas, chairs, and fireplaces.
• The large kitchen is equipped with a large gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 double sinks, and 2 refrigerators. There is a wooden kitchen island in the middle of the kitchen and in the utility room, you will find an extra fridge and freezer. The kitchen opens onto the central courtyard with an herb garden.
• There are 6 bedrooms downstairs. Four of the bedrooms have Superking beds, each with ensuite bathroom, and with the possibility of making them into twin rooms. One bedroom has two double beds, and there’s also a small single bedroom with access to a bathroom.
• One of the rooms can be set up as a bedroom (two singles or double) or used as a sitting room to allow internal access round the property.
• There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

First floor:

• On the first floor are three bedrooms with Superking beds, one of which the beds can be separated (to two single beds).

Casita:

• The tent and casita each offer sleeping space for two people in single beds and both have their own bathrooms.

Outside:

• In the courtyard (which is accessible from the kitchen) you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, fridge for drinks, and a sink. Trees and flowers surround a central dining table that seats 16 guests.
• On the other side of the house is a large covered terrace equipped with a dining table for 16 people and a lounge corner.
• There is a lovely sundowner terrace below the pool with sofas and chairs.
• The infinity pool (11m x 15.5m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The pool is heated by solar energy (if required). Near the pool is a pool house with a refrigerator, (outdoor) shower, and toilet, as well as a shaded seating area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
• There are parking spaces on site.

Highlights:

• All bedrooms have cooling ceiling fans and some have private outdoor areas with sun loungers
• The bathrooms are equipped with La-Eva organic care products (shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, shower wash, and body lotion)
• There is a cot and high chair available.
• Outside you will find plenty of facilities for young and old to enjoy themselves. There is a table tennis table, a jeu-de-boules court by the large lawn, and a basketball net.
