Set in a fully enclosed garden of 5600 m2, Granvila welcomes you in an oasis of tranquility on the coast of Central Algave. The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 18 people.

Layout Granvilla (600m2):

• You enter the villa in a beautiful entrance hall with marble floors and a sitting area. The entrance gives access to the living room.
• The open living/dining room has two large sofas, a spacious dining table for 18 people, patio doors to the terrace, and a private cocktail bar with a few bar stools.
• The living room opens into the spacious professional kitchen. This is equipped with all the comforts you can imagine: two dishwashers, two ovens, two microwaves, a large gas hob, an extractor hood,  2 individual full size fridges, undercounter freezer, crockery, and also a Nespresso machine.
• The lounge is an inviting room with a large television, fireplace and various luxurious sofas.
• There are 8 hotel-style ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a smart TV. The beds in the bedrooms can be made up as a double bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds 90x200 cm)
• The bathrooms are luxuriously finished, equipped with a (walk-in) shower, toilet, bidet, and marble sinks. Some bathrooms also have a bathtub.
• The villa has a meeting room, washing machine, and ironing facilities.

Outside:
There is a beautiful garden around the villa with different types of fruit trees and herbs.

• The highlight in the garden is the natural stone-clad infinity pool with a large wading area, perfect for sunbathing (in the water), or as a play area for smaller children. The pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with 10 luxurious individual sun loungers and two canopies with double lounge beds. The swimming pool is large, 15x8 meters and can be heated from January (additional fee of Eur 150 per day).
• In front of the pool is a large lawn (400m2) ideal for yoga, gym, or playing.
• In the garden, you will also find a built in coal BBQ and a hammock.
• From the living room, you step onto the terrace which is equipped with a dining table (with room for all guests) and a lounge sofa.
• The driveway offers 4 permanent parking spaces plus space for several cars around the illuminated fountain.

Services
A stay at Granvila includes a 4hrs daily housekeeping. And besides that, the owners also offer many extra services such as a grocery service, transfers (such as to the airport), restaurant reservations, or excursions.
