The two apartments of Hiša Artes are located next to each other and share the large, green garden. Both have a tasteful, minimalistic design where comfort is an essential aspect. In the high season (mid June to mid September) the apartments are only rented together. You will then enjoy an exclusive stay in a beautiful part of Slovenia.

Burja | 50 m² | 4 persons:

• Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
• Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
• Further on the open kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, grill, blender, toaster and further cooking utensils. 
• The staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
• There is a dining table for four and a living room with a wood burning stove, sitting area, TV and French doors to the terrace.
• Outside you have a terrace with two lounge chairs and a dining table. 
• Furthermore, the shared garden has a large lawn, a vegetable garden and a hot tub.

Ruj | 45 m² | 2+2 persons

• Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
• The stairs lead to the mezzanine, where there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
• Further on, the compact kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, blender, toaster and other cooking utensils. 
• There is a dining table for four and a living room with a wood-burning stove, seating area, TV and French doors to the terrace. 
  • The sofa bed in the living room can be made up as extra sleeping place for two additional guests.
• Outside you have a terrace with two lounge chairs and a dining table. 
• Furthermore, the shared garden has a large lawn, a vegetable garden and a hot tub.

Highlighted:

• Both apartments have underfloor heating and air conditioning.
• Next to the apartments is the owners' art gallery and a common room where you can get together with larger groups and choose a local wine from the wine cellar. Tastings are also held here.
• Owners Metka and Dragan are certified tour guides and are happy to take you to their favourite places in the area. They can also arrange transfers if you want to visit one of the wineries in the valley.
• Breakfast, cooking service and massages at home are available on request and for a fee. 
• The village has a cheese dairy and a restaurant serving local specialities for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
