On a hilltop in the green Bertogne – in the heart of the Ardennes – are set Hutstuf’s three design cabins: Badger, Racoon, and Weasel. Each cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, and offers panoramic views over the valley, ideal for those looking for a unique and stylish place in nature.

The architecture is sleek and understated, built entirely from natural materials. Large glass panels create a subtle connection between inside and outside, while wooden shutters provide privacy and create a beautiful play of light and shadow. The design is minimalist and pure with warm wood tones and local craftsmanship inspired by the simplicity of mountain huts and Japanese aesthetics.

The cabins have an open living with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed and bunk beds for children and an elegant bathroom with green marble and a generous view. Outside, a covered terrace, a wood-fired hot tub, sun loungers and a dining table await – all with a view of the rolling landscape.

The surroundings? Opt for walking, cycling, spotting deer, reading a book in the grass... or a day trip to Bastogne or Houffalize. But seeing the location and comfort of the cabins, a day in peace on the hill is at least as attractive.
