La Calado is a beautiful spacious villa spread over 4 floors. It is quietly located in a beautiful private garden with Mediterranean vegetation and various lounge and dining areas.
Layout La Calado (350m2)
Ground floor:
- Very spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 stoves with a gas hob, dishwasher, large American fridge, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, as well as fine crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Separate toilet in the entrance.
- Attractive living-dining room with a separate lounge area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a large television as well as a reading area with a library. The dining room has a marble table for 10 people. Here are also the stairs to the upper floors. French doors give access to the gardens and the outside dining and lounge area.
- Second kitchen with a small dining table, microwave, oven, and ceramic hob
Garden floor (one level lower than the ground floor):
- One bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and private patio.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- Wellness area with Hamman (Turkish bath)
- Wine cellar
First floor:
- TV room with comfortable sofas, television, and a French balcony
- Three bedrooms all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink. The master bedroom also has a free-standing bathtub and a small balcony.

- Penthouse bedroom with king-size bed, alcove, and desk. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a free-standing bathtub. In addition, the bedroom has a large private roof terrace with sun loungers.
All bathrooms are equipped with luxury care products and hotel-quality bath towels.
The villa is also equipped with cable TV with Netflix function, Apple TV, a Sonos sound system throughout the house, WiFi internet, air conditioning, and central heating. Beach towels and a beach bag are available for all guests and for the smallest guests a baby bed and high chair are available on request.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden spread over two levels.
On the upper level is a lounge area with a large corner sofa and a spacious round dining table for 10 people.
Between these two areas, a staircase leads to the lower level with a heated saltwater swimming pool (open April 1 - September 30), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. By the pool, you will find an outdoor kitchen with a grill, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, and kitchen utensils and a dining table with wooden benches and chairs in the shade of a pergola.
On the other side of the villa, you will also find a garden with extra seating areas, a cave with a koi pond, an outdoor fireplace/grill, and a parking area for 4 cars.
