Sometimes you find a hidden place that you never want to leave.. La Casetta nel Bosco is such a place. The renovated house, with now two apartments, is located on a beautiful domain in Umbria. The Italian / German owners, who also live in a beautifully renovated house, are hospitable, friendly, helpful, speak good English and they can help you on your way with great tips.

The apartments are located in an atmospheric building on the estate. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, is sheltered on the estate.. A nice place to cool off or read a good book. There is also a large bbq / fire pit and a vegetable garden for the use of the guests. The owners also provide daily breakfast, they do not serve it, but put all the tasty ingredients there for you.

The location of La Casetta nel Bosco is unique, surrounded by 700 olive trees and all around beautiful views, 10 minutes from the village of Mercatello and 30 km from Perugia.
