La Maison du Mûrier consists of a very spacious house (for 10 people) with the possibity to also rent the studio (for 2 people). The studio isc ompletely private, but on the same site is another villa where the owners stay; they respect the space and privacy of their guests. The studio can also be rented separately, it has its own outdoor space.

Layout main house (357m2)

• The house has a large open living room with a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating (in winter months), various comfortable chairs and sofas, a large glass dining table, a cast iron wood stove (logs available), a guest toilet, and a TV
• Next is the fully equipped kitchen with a double stove with rotisserie, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, Moccamaster filter coffee machine, washing machine
• There are 5 bedrooms, 4 rooms with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a double room with two single beds. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and two on the top floor.
• All bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms also have a freestanding bath.
• There is a cinema area (17 m2) with a projector showing on a glass screen of 200 cm x 110 cm. Enjoy a night in with the provided DVD's and the mini fridge to hold all your drinks and snacks during the movie.

The Studio (32m2)
The studio is a self-contained apartment with a beautiful vaulted ceiling (4.5m high!) with its own entrance and outdoor area. The studio cannot be rented seperately from the main house.

• There is a living/dining room with a limestone floor with underfloor heating (in winter month). The space is equipped with a small table and chairs, a television, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker.
• The kitchen has an oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine, and a Nespresso machine.
• There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
• A staircase in the living room leads to the open mezzanine with a double bed.

Bed linen, towels, bath slippers, care products (soap, shampoo, conditioner), and a hairdryer are provided. Wifi is available but is not fast because of the rural location of the house.

Outside:
- Private heated swimming pool (10x4m) with a UV filter system, an outdoor shower, and a large sun terrace. The pool is heated from April to October.
- A concrete hot tub that is filled with fresh water for every booking.
- Petanque court
- Badminton court in the walnut grove
- Wooden terrace platform (51m2) with sunbeds for sunbathing or stargazing at night (telescope provided)
- Outdoor kitchen (40m2) with a dining area for 12 people equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven, grill, sink and outdoor fridge

Other facilities:
- Wine cellar with honesty bar 
- Gym/ski boot room (51m2). This room is also equipped for drying and storing skis and snowboard equipment. The space also serves as a fitness room. It is equipped with basic equipment such as yoga mats, dumbbells, balance ball, kettlebells, and a ballet barre.
- Inflatable kayaks (2), inflatable paddle boards (2) and electric mountain bikes (2) for the guests to use. Beautiful lakes are just 20 - 30 minutes away and there are many great trails for mountain biking.
