La Paz is a modern holiday home with a heated swimming pool in Andalusia, southern Spain. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is suitable for six people.
The villa is sleek and modern with a gray tile floor, white walls and large windows that fill the house with natural light. Through the entire house, a playful Spanish style has been created using concrete plaster. Almost everything is tailor-made in peaceful harmony; the concrete built-in beds and seating area with comfortable cushions, the sturdy, fully equipped kitchen with wooden doors, as well as the wall-filling compartment cupboard with elegant accessories. In addition, the glass/steel entrance door adds a beautiful, industrial detail.
Warm earthy tones return in every room. We love the kilim pillows, large wicker cactus, crisp white linens and sturdy wooden shelves in the kitchen. Of course, there is air conditioning for a pleasant stay in the hot summers.
La Paz is situated on a hill, and from the large terracotta terrace around the (heated) pool, you have a 360-degree view of the surrounding valley. The covered lounge and the large dining table behind are both striking and wonderful spots to enjoy your meals and relax together in style. There is also a large BBQ, sunbeds, and a Fatboy hammock. Cactuses, olive trees, and succulents enhance a Mediterranean atmosphere.
La Paz is located east of Malaga, between the idyllic Moorish villages Canillas de Aceituno (15 min) and Sedella (10 min). Malaga is worth a visit (here you will also find the airport) and is a 1 hour and 15 minutes’ drive while the beach of Torre del Mar is only 45-minutes away. La Paz is an excellent, quiet base to explore Andalusia.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival no refund will take place. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners ask for a deposit of 500 Euros. This deposit has to be paid with the final payment of the rent (6 weeks prior to arrival). Nice2stay will return the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.
Final cleaning is excluded (€190) and need to be paid to Nice2stay.

La Paz has a fantastic and peaceful location amid the mountains, but is not isolated. From the villa, you can enjoy breathtaking views and make beautiful walks. Be aware, however, that the last kilometer to the house is over an unpaved mountain road.
This undiscovered part of Andalusia, the Axarquía, is situated east of Málaga. and is a world apart from the Costa del Sol. Near the villa, you find authentic Spanish villages such as Sedella (10 min) and Canillas de Aceituno (15 min) and beaches are about 45 minutes away.

La Paz is a new and luxurious villa, located in the hinterland of Andalusia. A winding road through the mountains takes you in 10 minutes to the town of Sedella and in 45 minutes to the beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is entirely on the ground floor, and the bedrooms are all air-conditioned.
