This architect-designed villa is equipped with modern comfort and high-quality facilities. Smooth concrete floors are combined with wooden ceilings, contemporary furniture in soft tones, and designer lighting that together provide a warm and chic appearance. In the basement are three exclusive sleepingrooms (suitable for 4 people) and a bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. On the ground floor is the open living room, which is divided into a lounge area with an eye-catching hanging fireplace and a sleek kitchen with a large cooking island and breakfast bar. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace with an outdoor table and lounge area with a wood-burning stove, ideal for long summer evenings. You can enter the water via stairs (or a slide) and children will certainly appreciate the trampoline in the garden.
You will find numerous activities and attractions in the area, from boat trips and water sports on the lakes to walks in the forest. Not far away are Loosdrecht and Hilversum for a leisure stroll and the cities of Utrecht and Amsterdam for a cultural day out. And when you come 'home', you can completely immerse yourself in the peace, nature, and luxury that surround this villa and that make it so unique.

- Open-plan living with a spacious sitting area, hanging designer fireplace, and a modern kitchen with a kitchen island and bar
- The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Quooker, and a bar cabinet.
- Large sliding doors in the kitchen open onto the terrace
- Behind the kitchen near the stairs that go down, you will find the dining table
- In the basement are three bedrooms - one with a double bed (160x200cm) and two with a single bed (80x200cm) - and a bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower, sink, and toilet.
- There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
Outside (1,500m2)
- At the back of the villa is the partially enclosed garden with a lawn, trampoline, stairs to enter the water, a waterslide, and an outdoor shower
- There is a terrace (deck) with a dining table, a Green Egg barbecue, and a lounge area under the pergola with a wood-burning stove.
- The villa has two private parking spaces (at a 100m walk from the villa)
