Whilst the Belgian owners and their two children enjoy spending a few weeks at the property themselves; they also derive a great deal of pleasure from "sharing" their second home with Nice2stay customers for the remainder of the year. The apartment is located on the top floor of a brand new designer building, in the traditional mountain village of Vignogn Val Lumnezia in Switzerland – a truly wonderful holiday destination all year round!
In summer guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, swimming in crystal clear lakes, relaxing in a spa, and dining on the superb local cuisine. During winter you can make the most of the 120 km of ski slopes that form the celebrated Obersaxon ski resort and even ski right up to the very entrance of the property itself. Other renowned ski resorts, including Flims-Laax (235 km of slopes) and Brigels Disentis, are within a short 20-30 minute drive.
There’s a supermarket and a bus stop with direct connections to the ski station, just a 2-minute walk from Casa Lumnezia. The holiday apartment is perfect for families with children – toys and family games are provided in the children's bedroom, and the kids may play/run around on the lawn located on the ground floor or, in the summer months, swim in crystal clear waters in a beautiful spot close to the apartment.
