The estate is located in a magnificent, rolling landscape and offers panoramic views over the untouched landscape that surrounds this ancient farmhouse. This is a yet truly undiscovered part of Italy, the hinterland of the Adriatic coast. The beach is located at about a 40-minute drive from the house. The four apartments are a very successful blend of traditional architecture and modern furniture. Every apartment was designed with a specific color palette and the wooden beams create a cozy atmosphere. Every apartment has it’s own private part of the garden and outdoor furniture. The large swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing plunge on hot days and is surrounded by a wooden terrace with comfortable loungers. The house has a communal BBQ, WIFI internet, shady parking spots and a living area, where you can find lots of information about the region. Villa Molleone offers a lovely setting for a peaceful, relaxed holiday in an extraordinary environment and lies conveniently close to the coast and pretty towns like Urbino.

This 15th century "casale" is located 8 km outside of the historic town of Cagli in Le Marche, right between Urbino and Gubbio. Villa Molleone is a small scale holiday rental that is beautifully located in the midst of the green hillside of the Le Marche region. The house was completely remodeled in 2008 by an architect couplet hat realized their dream house. Within only a few years, the Italian owners have renovated the entire estate, created four apartments inside it and restored the house to the smallest detail. Every apartment has it’s own private piece of the garden, is painted in a unique, fresh color and decorated with modern pieces of furniture. Antique wooden beams add a cozy touch to the atmosphere.
The apartments carry the names La Luna, Il Mondo, Le Stelle and Il Sole. They all have their own en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a gas stove – a fridge – a toaster – an Italian coffee machine, a private terrace with outdoor furniture, satellite TV, WIFI internet, insect screens and a sitting area. Three of the apartments are studios without separate bedrooms. Apartment Il Sole has a separate bedroom.
La Luna (2+2, 35m2)
Apartment La Luna is a studio apartment with a kitchenette, a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washbasin.
Il Mondo (2+2, 35m2)
This apartment is situated inside the heart of the house. There is a kitchenette, a double bed, a sofa bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a lovely, natural stone washbasin. Outside guests can enjoy their private part of the garden.
Le Stelle (2+2, 35m2)
Apartment le Stelle is a studio apartment. It has a cooking area, a double bed and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the spacious bathroom which has a shower and an antique wash basin. Outside, guests have their own private part of the garden. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and wireless internet.
Il Sole (2+2, 50m2)
Il Sole is the only two-room apartment at Villa Molleone. It has a kitchenette and a living room with French doors that lead to the garden. The bedroom has a double bed. In the other part of the apartment you will find a sofa bed for two persons. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin.
Villa Molleone has a lovely swimming pool (7 x 16 m) with comfortable loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a large garden where fragrant lavender and rosemary bushes spread their enticing scent.
