Hidden behind Palazzo Galli Tassi's five-hundred-year-old façade is Numeroventi, a 16th-century palace full of charm and history near Santa Croce square in the heart of Florence. Numeroventi combines an artist residence, a co-working space, exhibition spaces, and 4 loft apartments in a mix of Renaissance splendor and Scandinavian minimalism. The beautiful loft apartments -for 2-3 persons- are ideal for a city visit for two but also suitable for a family thanks to the possibility to place an extra bed in the accommodation.

When you enter the large entrance doors of the palazzo, you will be surprised by the beauty and atmosphere that prevails... A journey back in time... Inside the accommodations combine historic frescoes, eye-catching works of art, high ceilings and decorative details with minimalist vintage furniture to create light, open and dynamic spaces that will inspire each guest.

The apartments are understated and specially designed for relaxation - an ideal space to unwind after a busy day. In addition to the spacious living room, the apartments have a kitchenette (without hob), a modernized bathroom and a shared kitchen.

The accommodation is very central but quietly located about 5 minutes’ walk from Piazza del Duomo, and all major attractions are just steps away. The owners can also refer you to the hidden treasures of Florentine life ...

Numeroventi is a place of inspiration, creativity, and historical beauty. A unique concept that draws on the artistic heritage of this always fascinating city.

An artistic stay in the historic center of Florence

Numeroventi is a beautifully renovated Florentine palace that is home to four well-appointed loft apartments for 2-3 persons. Thanks to the beautiful combination of a simple, vintage-inspired interior with historic details, is this an excellent accommodation for couples or a small family who love to stay in a hotel that offers something special ...

The 4 loft apartments are on the ground floor and the second floor of the palazzo. They all have a spacious living room with a kitchenette - equipped with custom-made wooden cupboards and stone worktops - without a hob, but with a toaster, microwave, plates, glasses, a Nespresso coffee maker and a small fridge. The modern bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

They also have WI-FI, cable TV, and climate control.

Loft #1
This apartment - located on the 2nd floor - is very bright and has a warm wooden floor, original frescoes on the ceiling and contrasting white painted walls. The living room (with kitchenette) has a three-seater vintage couch (which can serve as the third sleeping place), comfortable chairs, and a dining table. A modern staircase leads to the open mezzanine with a double bed and the bathroom.

Loft #2

Spacious and bright... Apartment #2 - located on the 2nd floor - is a magnificent space in harmony with the elegance and charm of the 16th-century palazzo. The large living room with a beautiful old fireplace has a comfortable sofa, designer chairs, and a daybed for relaxing moments. A modern staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with a double bed and the fully equipped bathroom.

Loft #3
Apartment # 3 - located on the 2nd floor - has a distinct retro look with colorful accents. The spacious living room has a large sofa (bed), comfortable chairs, a desk and is decorated with many vintage details. A modern staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with a double bed and the bathroom.

Loft #4
Apartment # 4 - located on the ground floor - is characterized by its original frescoes from the ceiling to the floor and is complemented by modern wooden furniture. The entrance of this apartment is in the charming inner patio from where you have access to the professional kitchen. This fully open space has a double bed, comfortable wicker chairs, and a side table all in a harmonious balance. Here you can still feel the history of this special building.

Extra information:

  • Loft # 1, 2 and 3 have a shared front door which gives access to a hallway. On the left are the doors to the individual lofts and at the very end of the corridor on the right, you will find a well-equipped communal kitchen with a dining table.
  • It is possible to rent the three apartments together.
  • Loft # 1 and 2 can be rented together using a connecting door, so perfect for a family!
  • In the attic is a co-working space for artists. The floor consists of several rooms, guests can, of course, go up and have a look at their works.
