After an extensive search for the perfect spot for their second home in Italy, the Dutch owners finally settled on the delightful Molise region. They realized their own, private paradise in the small village of Ripabottoni in 2005, and now delight in sharing this dream holiday home (in a relatively undiscovered part of Italy) with their guests.

Two houses were created during the renovation, Casa Cristina suitable for 8 people and Oleandro 1 suitable for 4 people and an apartment Oleandro 2 suitable for 2 people.

Enjoy an idyllic holiday in "your very own village street", in undiscovered Molise in Italy! Indeed, a visit to the medieval village of Ripabottoni, with just 550 inhabitants, is like stepping back in time...perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of modern life. The Dutch owner has restored her charming holiday home with the utmost love and attention, taking care to retain its original details. The property additionally benefits from a sunny 6000m2 garden, brimming with walnut, fig, plum and apple trees.

Oleandro1

• A two-story holiday home that boasts patio doors to the garden, hill views and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (cots can be arranged upon request). On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer,) with dining table and sitting area with French doors opening out onto the garden.
• The house additionally benefits from a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture under the shade of a large tree. A double bedroom, separate sleeping area (with bunk beds), bathroom with shower and toilet are located upstairs. There’s also a separate toilet downstairs.

It’s also possible to rent Oleandro 1 together with the apartment, Oleandro 2, resulting in holiday accommodation for up to 6 people - ideal for large family holidays! 

Oleandro 2  

• A 2-person holiday apartment that comprises one bedroom, an open-plan dining area, sitting area and kitchenette, and a bathroom. It’s located above Oleandro 1 but benefits from its own private entrance.

Casa Cristina:

• This three-story holiday home can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the lower floor is a spacious and luxurious kitchen with all mod cons, including a large refrigerator with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, etc.). On the first floor there is also a large living room with a table and a large sofa and TV. This should also be added.
• It’s also possible to rent the two houses and apartment altogether, providing ample accommodation for up to 14 guests - ideal for one large family or several families wishing to holiday together.

Outside

• The 9x6m swimming pool is located slightly below the holiday accommodation and benefits from a large, covered loggia with comfortable lounge sofa. There’s also an outdoor shower, toilet and pantry with refrigerator. T
• he communal swimming pool is shared with any other guests (a maximum of 10 people). The owner can also arrange a variety of additional services upon request, including a privately cooked meal, a babysitter or guided tours of the area.
