Upon entering, you will be surprised by the sun-drenched, open-plan living spaces and minimalist interior. White walls, beautiful Riga wood details and high-end furniture create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Design lovers will be delighted by the furniture from the Spanish design studio Frederica, the sofa by Living Divani, the lounge sets on the terrace designed by Álvaro Siza Vieira and lighting by Flos and Davide Groppi. In addition, the luxury villa has an incredible kitchen with plenty of space to cook and create some lovely dinners together. In the evening, you will sleep in one of the beautiful suites, which seem to come straight out of a lifestyle magazine. The three suites all have a luxury ensuite bathroom and direct access to the 'floating' terrace.
On both sides of the house, you will find inviting outdoor spaces. Because the living areas of the villa are located on the first floor, the terrace offers wide views over the green, Portuguese landscape. The terrace at the back of the house flows seamlessly into the 12-metre heated swimming pool. The garden is surrounded by tall pine trees, which provide the necessary shade. From the villa, a footpath through the dunes takes you to the Praia do Pego beach within 7 minutes. Unique villa for 7 people with heated and private pool in central Portugal
Pura Comporta is an erchitectural masterpiece with three luxury suites and beautiful living spaces. The villa is designed in such a way that all guests can enjoy their privacy to the fullest, but can also come together in the spacious living room, the various terraces or at the dining table.
Layout:
On the ground floor you will find the garage for your car and a bike shed (with two bikes available!). Also here is the laundry room, equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The living and dining areas of Pura Comporta are on the first floor, allowing you to enjoy exceptional views of the surrounding nature and the ocean from everywhere.
- Master suite with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom, equipped with walk-in rain shower, washbasin, toilet and freestanding bathtub.
- Large, open kitchen with central cooking island and built-in appliances from Smeg and Miele. The kitchen is equipped with: electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher.
- Honesty bar with choice of wines and olive oils.
- Dining room with French doors to the lounge terrace and the al-fresco terrace.
- Spacious living room with sitting area, fireplace and Apple TV.
- Suite with two single beds (2 x 9 x 200 cm), which can also be made up as a double bed. This suite has an extra bed on the mezzanine and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside:
From every room in the villa, the large windows let in the Portuguese sunlight and offer spectacular views of the ocean to the Serra da Arrábida coastline. From Pura Comporta you can walk to the beach of Praia do Pego (500 metres).
- The terrace borders almost the entire width of the villa. Here you will find luxurious sun beds and lounge chairs.
- In the middle of the villa you will find the covered al-fresco terrace, with a large dining table for late-night dining.
- The swimming pool is adjacent to the terrace and is 12 metres deep with a depth of more than two metres.

Welcome to Pura Comporta, an architectural marvel on the west coast of Portugal, where Joana Bastos Gomes and her husband João have realized their dream. Together with their three children, they share their love for this unique place and wish for everyone to fall in love with Comporta.
