During the construction of this typical stone Tuscan house, the environment was 100% respected. Rainwater is recovered and solar energy is used to run the air conditioning in the hot summer months. The interior spaces are airy and light and furnished in a contemporary style with the highest quality materials, minimal lines in white and grey tones, and some eye-catching details.

On the ground floor is the open-plan living room with a spacious dining area on one side and a lounge zone on the other. Qi Villa & Spa is set in a large green garden of 8000 m² that features a saltwater swimming pool, a wooden deck with sun beds, and a semi-covered terrace for al-fresco meals on the barbecue. To work on your Qi (or life energy), you can choose from yoga classes, a massage, or a relaxing moment in the sauna or hammam (open by the end of 2023)!

But the beautiful Tuscan countryside is also worth discovering. Grab a bike and explore the rolling hills between Cortona and the vineyards of Montepulciano or along Lake Trasimeno, a short distance away. But the historic cities of Arezzo, Perugia, and Pienza are also ideally located for a day trip.
