Designed to accommodate up to 10 persons, the villa has been thoughtfully renovated with an eye for both comfort and aesthetics. Soft, earthy tones, natural materials, and a clean, minimalist design create a warm and serene atmosphere throughout. The house features five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms - making it ideal for both families and groups of friends. Generous living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and large windows that open up to the surrounding landscape enhance the relaxed, open feel. Outdoors, a saltwater pool, a shaded terrace, and an outdoor kitchen invite you to settle into the rhythm of southern living.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor you will find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious kitchen island and essentials like a fridge, oven, quoocker, dishwasher, wine cellar, espresso machine, and stove. From here you can directly exit to the terrace with an outdoor dining table for up to 10 persons. Adjacent to the kitchen there is also an indoor dining table and a small lounge.
On the same floor you will also find a spacious lounge area with an indoor fireplace and a smart TV.
There are two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180cm x 210cm) and a bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.
There is an additional toilet room with a sink & WC.

Upper floor:

Here you will find two more bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180cm x 210cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink & WC. One of the bedrooms also has a private terrace.
Master bedroom with a large double bed (180cm x 210cm), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink & WC and a private terrace. Additioanlly, in the bedroom, there is a freestanding bathtub from which you can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Separate toilet room with a sink & WC.

Outdoor area | 1100 m2

Saltwater pool (5m x 12m) surrounded by several sun-loungers & parasols. The pool is open all year round and can be heated with a heat pump (at an extra cost)
