From the living room, you look onto a second sitting area -the dome room- which includes a sofa bed and where a staircase leads to a third small sitting area. It is the ideal accommodation for couples or smaller families as it can accommodate up to two adults and an extra person on the sofa bed.
Layout Soul for City (155 m2)
Soul for City is a one-level apartment with high ceilings. The living room, open kitchen, and dining table are located in the same space:
- The living room has a comfortable sofa and fireplace.
- The open kitchen has an oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker and espresso machine.
- The dining area consits of a large table suitable for four persons.
The apartment has two other separate sitting areas:
- The so-called dome room, here you will find a sofa bed.
- From this sitting area, a spiral staircase leads you to the third sitting area.
The apartment features one seperate bedroom with ensuite bathroom:
- The spacious bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
- The ensuite bathroom has a double sink and a large walk-in shower.
Also, the toilet is located seperate.
The beautiful 15m2 terrace is decorated with vibrant green plants and comfortable outdoor furniture.
