Spazio 46 is a loft set in complete privacy between the vines on the grounds of Boutique Hotel Pergola Residence whose exclusive facilities you can access during your stay.

  • The loft has a modern kitchen and an adjacent dining area with a large wooden table. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature
  • The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances including a coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and toaster
  • The lounge area with a designer fireplace is separated from the dining area by a striking wooden structure
  • Behind the lounge area is the sleeping area with a double bed (200x200 cm), en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower, separate toilet, and access to the panoramic terrace.
  • Connected via an external staircase, the shared roof terrace offers a heated pool (2x8m and 120 cm deep) with a sun terrace with a lounge corner, sun beds, and an outdoor shower
