With 180-degree sea views, 5,000 m² of land, an infinity pool of 3.3 m x 12 m and more than 300 m² of terraces, you can fully enjoy the outdoors. Even in the evening, when it is attractively illuminated. In the main house, you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. In the pool house is an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom and stunning views over the pool and the distant sea.
It is a very inviting and practical house for a family and certainly suitable for children.
Within walking distance, you will find a small supermarket/coffee bar and a pizzeria. Only 5 km away are the attractive villages Fasano and Locorotondo and within fifteen minutes you reach the beach!

- Bedroom 1: king size bed (180 x 200 cm) with private shower, sink, and toilet
- Bedroom 2: queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a small bathroom (toilet, shower)
- Bedroom 3: two beds (each 80x200 cm) built-in into the wall: ideal for children, but can also be used by an adult
- Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee maker, SMEG toaster.
- Extra bathroom next to the kitchen with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and a washing machine Annex (at the poolside)
- Bedroom 4: queen size bed (160 x 195 cm) with private shower, sink, and toilet.
- Storage room with washing machine
There is airconditioning in all bedrooms and living-spaces.
Outside you’ll find several terraces. At the poolside is a beautiful, covered "pergola" terrace with a large wooden dining table and stone benches with pillows. The adjacent sun terrace is equipped with six sun loungers.
The house is located at the end of a small private road (with only three houses) with a fast connection to the main road.
