Vida na Aldeia has a living room with a spacious lounge area and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. Behind the house is a shaded outdoor terrace with a dining table for al-fresco lunches and dinners. From the house, you can walk to the market, café or restaurant where you will experience a friendly village atmosphere.
If you fancy a day at the sea, it is a 15-minute drive to the beaches of Vila Nova de Milfontes for swimming, sunbathing, or surfing, and to the white town of Odemira, on the banks of the Mira River. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Rota Vicentina, a network of hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the alluring coastline and charming hinterland.

Vida na Aldeia is a typical Alentejo village house, with one floor. The house overlooks a land of olive trees and the Serra de São Luis. It can accommodate 4 people and is an ideal place for those looking for an authentic holiday spot in a quiet and rural area not far from the sea.
Layout Vida na Aldeia | 4 people | 90m²
- Attractive living room with a spacious seating area and wood-burning stove, a dining table, and a desk
- The living room gives access to the kitchen (with a decorative mantelpiece) which is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, Espresso machine, toaster, and microwave
- There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and one with a small double bed (135x190cm)
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, and separate toilet
- Outdoor terrace with a dining area (under the pergola) and a barbecue
Highlights:
- On arrival, a first light meal with seasonal and local products is delivered, as well as beach towels in summer or a box of wood in winter.
- You can take part in ceramics workshops at the Oficina na Escola, a center for the promotion of local products and handicrafts as well as a sales point for local handicrafts. Ask the owners for more information and availability!
