If you stay in Villa Almendruco, you will keep marveling at the view. From the garden with several terraces with lounge sofas and the amazing large swimming pool, you look out over the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on the Costa Blanca. The villa is only 5 kilometers from the coast and 7 minutes from Altea. The elevated position of the villa grants spectacular views of the sea and the cliffs! The entire property (7,500m2) is walled and offers absolute privacy.

The villa has all the modern comforts and has plenty of room for a relaxing holiday with ten people. The villa - completely renovated in 2014 - has a warm and contemporary décor and can accommodate up to six people. In addition, offers the pool house room for up to four extra people, which makes the villa as well very suitable for two befriended families or different generations. A large sunny terrace connects both houses.

Savor a delicious paella or Spanish tapas on the covered terrace while you watch at the extraordinary panorama with soothing notes of the sound system in the background. Spend hours together in the pool with your family, or relax in one of the comfortable lounge sets or sun recliners, and just enjoy the view.

Villa Almendruco is very conveniently located with various activities and attractions nearby such as biking and hiking routes, restaurants, boulevards, open-air markets, shopping malls and a diverse nightlife. Also, a day of shopping in Alicante or Valencia is within reach!

The alluring decor of the villa enhances a warm and serene atmosphere and let you enjoy the inviting indoor spaces to the fullest. Besides, the accommodation is equipped with all modern conveniences, design furniture, and a well-appointed kitchen. Both inside the villa and outside on the terrace there is good WIFI reception, and all rooms have air conditioning for a pleasant stay. You can choose to rent only the main house (for 6 people) or even rent the pool house (for 4 people), accommodating a total of maximum 10 people. The villa is also very suitable for a holiday with friends or a larger family.

  • Outdoor shower
  • Large sun terrace with 10 sunbeds and 2 large parasols
  • Covered terrace with lounge corner and dining table for 10 people
