Villa Bella Sorpresa is a unique holiday home with a bold, creative design full of colour, flair, and comfort. With two separate apartments, a large saltwater pool, and views of the hills, this is a wonderful place for families or groups. The apartments each have a private entrance, but can also be connected by an internal staircase (if you rent the house as a whole).

Ground floor apartment:

• A fully equipped kitchen, half separated from the dining room, with an American fridge, Boretti oven, Jura coffee machine, Smeg and Kitchenaid appliances, hob, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and a blender.
• Living room with a large design sofa, chairs, wood stove, and a dining table for 12 people
• Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a private shower. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub. In one of the bedrooms, the bed can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm).
• Large covered terrace with a dining table

Upper floor apartment:

• A fully equipped kitchen, half separated from the dining room, with an American fridge, Boretti oven, Jura coffee machine, Smeg and Kitchenaid appliances, hob, Espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and blender.
• Living room with a large design sofa, chairs, and a dining table for 6 people
• 3 bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the balcony. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm); in two of the rooms, the beds can be separated into two singles (90x200 cm).
• 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Both bathrooms have a shower, and one also has a bathtub
• Balcony with a dining table

Outside | 500m2

• Saltwater pool (4x13m and 150cm deep) with a sun terrace all around with sunbeds, parasols, and a lounge area under the pergola
• Hammocks and a hanging chair in the tree
• Picnic table with a large parasol

Additional information:

• In high season (July/August), the house is only rented as a whole, with space for a maximum of 12 people. Outside the high season, it is also possible to rent one of the apartments, each suitable for a maximum of 6 people
• All 6 bedrooms and the 2 living rooms have air conditioning, and in the winter months, there is underfloor heating throughout the house.
• Electric car? There are 2 charging stations in the village (5 minutes' drive).
• The owners themselves spend the summer in a private cottage on the property but respect the privacy of their guests 100%.
• There are various facilities for children, including 2 Tripp-Trapp high chairs, one cot, board games, inflatable figures for the pool, and a small inflatable pool that can be placed next to the pool for the little ones.
