• A bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into two single beds.

Outside:

The well-maintained garden (4,000m2) is almost fully fenced and closed with an electric gate. In the garden, there are beautiful old trees that provide a lot of shade and the following facilities:

• Gazebo with a Weber (gas) barbecue and a dining table. A second dining table is standing in the shade of the large trees.
• Octagonal private swimming pool (5.20x5.20m / depth 1.25m), located on a lower level in the garden. Around the pool are eight sunbeds and umbrellas and there is an outdoor shower on solar energy. The swimming pool is open from May to October.
• Various seating areas with sofas, chairs, and chaise longues (made by EMU) can be found on the terrace
• Parking spaces for 6 cars

A private chef, wine tours, cooking classes, and massages can be organized upon request from the villa or directly at the villa

Further facilities:

• All beds are from the GERVASONI brand and equipped with ecological mattresses and pillows from the German brand JONA SLEEP and made with organic linen bedding
• Toiletries from the Italian organic label Bio-Earth and towels from the MÖVE brand are waiting for you in the bathrooms
• The entire building is equipped with a high-speed wifi connection by STARLINK with a velocity up to 300Mbps. The system can be switched off during the night or upon request
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms (not in the common areas).
• Two additional people are welcome on request
• Two baby beds and two high chairs are available on request.
