The area offers plenty of activities for sports enthusiasts... The Mont Ventoux is a real challenge for experienced cyclists, but there are also scenic (and relaxed) cycling routes in the area. Furthermore, there are plenty of walking opportunities, and you can play tennis in the village, which is charming as well. Here you can imagine yourself in typical French atmospheres; get a fresh baguette at the bakery, meat for the grill at the butcher, and drink a cup of "café au lait" under the plane trees before you walk back to your house.

Villa Louis is set in complete privacy within walking distance of the typical French village of Taulignan. From your own terrace, you can enjoy an amazing panorama of the town and the impressive Mont Ventoux in the distance. The spacious holiday home is surrounded by a large garden with mature trees and is spread over three floors. Here you can completely unwind and enjoy ample spaces with family and friends.

Ground floor:
- On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (one large and one smaller) that share a bathroom. These two rooms with the bathroom have a separate entrance and offer extra privacy.
- There is a playroom with a ping-pong table, a football table, and a closet with various family games.
- A spacious laundry room (with washing machine)
- A storage cellar
- A wine cellar
- A room with an extra refrigerator and a Weber gas grill.
First floor
- The first floor is accessible via an external and internal staircase.
- On this floor are two large rooms (both 25m2) each with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. In one of the rooms, a cot can be placed.
- A separate toilet.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A living room with a 2 seater sofa and three armchairs. Here is also a television. Through a passage, you enter the dining room, which is furnished with a wooden table with 6 comfortable chairs.

- On this floor are 2 bedrooms (20-25m2) with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has two beds and the other three beds.

- The house is set on a 4,000 m2 plot with a private driveway and ample space to park several cars, two of which can be covered in a garage.
- The private pool of 5 by 10 meters is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and a sheltered patio (the pool is opened from May to September). There is also a gate that can make this area fenced to make it safe for small children.
- There is a long terrace with a large dining table equipped with a sunshade.
- In front of the house you will find another large table where you can have lunch in the shadow of the tree.
