"Villa Molleone" is a 15th century, historic country estate, located in the northern part of the Le Marche region. The estate is lies in a magnificent setting in the midst of serene, rolling landscapes and offers panoramic views over the untouched nature that surrounds this ancient farmhouse. The Le Marche region, which forms the hinterland of the Adriatic coast, is one of the few yet undiscovered treasures of Italy. The ocean lies at about a 40-minute drive from the house. 

The villa offers an enticing blend of traditional architecture and modern furniture. There are four studio apartments, each of them has its own, distinct color palate. Inside the apartments, wood beamed ceilings create a cozy atmosphere. Every apartment has a double bed plus a fold-out couch for extra sleeping space, a private part of the garden and garden furniture. The villa has a vast, communal living area, a kitchen and a large, covered terrace with a huge outdoor table that seats 12. The lavish swimming pool, which invites you to take a refreshing plunge on hot days, is surrounded by a wooden terrace with comfortable loungers. The house has a communal BBQ, WIFI internet and shaded parking spots. 

Villa Molleone boasts a spectacular setting for a serene, relaxed holiday in an extraordinary environment, but the house also lies conveniently close to the coast and offers plenty of options for day trips to pretty towns like Urbino.

This lovely country estate from the 15th century is owned by an architect couple that has realized their dream project here. In only a few short years, the owners managed to renovate the entire estate, creating four apartments inside and completely restoring the ancient villa to the smallest detail. The extensive renovation of Villa Molleone was completed in 2008, using many original architectural elements. From the villa and garden you can take in the breathtaking views over the gently rolling hills of the Le Marche region.

Beautiful towns, abundant with a rich historical culture can easily be reached from here and of course your holiday is not complete without a trip to the ocean!

Inside (350 m2) 

  • Five bedrooms plus five bathrooms, each a private terrace plus a seating corner and kitchenette (fridge, gas stove)
  • A huge, light filled living area with an open fire palace and guest toilet
  • A large kitchen with a cooking island, stainless steel countertops and a dining area. The kitchen offers every modern comfort: a dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator + freezer, a separate fridge for wines, a microwave, espresso machine + regular coffee machine. 

Outdoors 

  • Large covered terrace with garden furniture and a wood fired, open air oven (accessible from the living kitchen)
  • The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with rosemary, lavender and a variety of other Mediterranean plants, oak trees and juniper bushes.  
  • From the lavish pool (7 x 16 m), which is surrounded by a wood deck, you can take in the spectacular views of the Frontone castle and the tops of the Monte Catria. The pool is open from May 1st until September 30th. The pool area has several modern rattan loungers, large white, square shaped parasols and outdoor showers.
