Villa Oliveto is a beautiful two-story villa situated on a large estate with its own olive groves. The villa is surrounded by a lush and perfectly maintained garden with a swimming pool, pool house, and numerous outdoor areas to eat and relax. The 4 bedrooms at Villa Oliveto are divided between the main villa and an annex and can accommodate 8 guests.

For larger groups, Villa Oliveto can be booked together with Villa Olivo (which stands on the same estate) for up to 22 guests. Each villa has its own pool and garden and they share the yoga studio.

Layout Villa Oliveto

Ground floor:

• Open plan living area with doors to the outside. The room has a sitting area with a 2-seater sofa and chairs, a dining table for 8 people, and a spacious lounge area with a large L-sofa and Smart television with SKY satellite channels and a DVD player.
• The room also features a built-in BOSE speaker system with Bluetooth connectivity.
• The Molteni designer kitchen is modern and has a breakfast table and high-quality equipment (from the brand Miele) such as an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, and Nespresso machine. French doors give access to an outside terrace with a table.

First floor:

• In the living room, stairs lead to the first floor with 3 ensuite double bedrooms.
• The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a private terrace with views of the Adriatic sea and gardens. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a king-size bed.
• The double bedroom in the annex has its own intimate terrace and garden, as well as a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is located on the ground floor.
• All bedrooms can accommodate at least one crib (available on request) and are also equipped with a hairdryer, safe, and television with Netflix function.
• The beds are made with Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
• In two bedrooms, the king-size beds can be made up as two single beds.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi internet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside:

• Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, mixer, Nespresso machine, refrigerator as well as a barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven.
• Terrace with a pergola equipped with wooden benches and a large wooden table (for 22 people). The area can be shaded with linen curtains.
• Swimming pool (21x6m) with built-in jacuzzi, diving board, and waterfalls surrounded by a sun terrace with Dedon sun loungers and a Dedon lounge chair. There is a comfortable lounge set under the pergola next to the pool.
• Pool house with a kitchenette, toilet, shower, and dining area. The pool house has ceiling-high windows that can be opened or closed completely as desired.

Fitness and Yoga

• The villa has its own fitness room including a running machine, rowing machine, punching bag, weights, yoga mats, and the latest Technogym Multigym.
• The villa shares a yoga studio (70m2) with the other villa on the estate, Villa Olivo. The room is heated and equipped with air conditioning and a sound system. Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blocks, belts, and blankets are provided.

Children
Children will find hours of entertainment in and around the villa. They can swim and play in the pool, the surrounding gardens, in the olive grove, or around the vegetable garden. Sportive moments can be spent on the (lighted) tennis court, or at the table tennis and football table. In the evening they can watch a movie in the lounge/TV corner with Smart TV.

A concierge team can organize tailor-made authentic experiences such as truffle hunting, cooking classes, and wine tastings. But also bookings at Michelin star restaurants, shopping trips to designer stores, and active excursions such as fishing, sailing, and hiking are an option. These activities can be booked prior to your stay.
