The ground floor of Villa Vito features a sunny living room with a wood fireplace, a comfortable dining table that seats six, and a fully equipped kitchen! On the first floor and the attic of the villa are double bedrooms - for a total of 4 people - with an adjoining bathroom and as a bonus a magnificent view of the clear blue sea.
In front of the house is a wonderful panoramic terrace with a shaded lounge and dining area as well as an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven. Next to the terrace, the private swimming pool with sunbeds beckons to enjoy a quiet siesta. In addition, Villa Vito has a compact garden house (15m2) that stands out for its interesting architecture and glass walls that allow you to enjoy the olive grove in which it is hidden. Here you will find a double bed and private bathroom, an ideal place for teenagers!
You can walk in a few minutes to a beautiful pebble beach with a small beach restaurant and you will find more gorgeous beaches a short distance away. Hvar town is easy to reach if you are looking for lively nightlife and the historic town of Stari-Grad is a gem that is not to be missed.

Villa Vito consists of a main house - with two bedrooms - and a garden house (pavilion) with another sleeping place for two people. The main house has a panoramic terrace and a beautiful private swimming pool.

Main house:
- On the ground floor, you will find an open living/dining room with an olive wood table with six Fanett chairs and a kitchen with a fireplace. Sliding doors open directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, gas oven, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, kettle, crockery, and cooking utensils.
- The sitting area has a sofa and a television with satellite programs, a stereo mini HI-FI, and high-speed internet
- From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor where the first bedroom is. It has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two chairs and a table, an LCD TV with satellite programs, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The room has a French balcony and a beautiful view of the sea.
