• The apartment is located on the first floor and has a dark wooden floor and colorful carpets. 
• From the front door, a few steps take you to an open living room. In the sitting area (with a sunny yellow wall) you find a wicker sofa, a chair, and some side tables.
• The corner kitchen in this room is fully equipped with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and a small washing machine. Also, there is a round dining table for four people.
• French doors give access to an attractive balcony - with two chairs and a table - overlooking the Umbrian hills. 
• In the living room is a door to the bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe. A cot can be added in the room.
• The modern, spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and a sink.
