Il Cortile is located above the owner's other flat, Apartment Limone. If available, the apartments can also be rented together.
Il Cortile | 2 persons (+ 2 children):
- Open living room with lounge chairs, satellite TV, and large sofa. The sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed.
- Dining area with round dining table for 4 people and adjacent to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and percolator), fridge freezer, kettle, other cooking utensils, and beautiful crockery.
- Bedroom with a king-size bed, carefully selected bed linen, and clothing storage.
- From the living room, a staircase leads to the basement of the flat, where you will find the bathroom and French doors to the courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and spacious shower.
- Air conditioning is available in the bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen.
- French doors give access to a lovely private terrace overlooking the streets of Spello and further on the Umbrian hills. On the terrace, there are two sun beds, two lounge chairs, and a small table.
- A shared large garden (360sqm) just 50 meters from the apartment. You share the garden with the guests of the owner's other apartment, Apartment Limone.
