Layout of the finca (250 m2): 

• The living areas are all open plan, affording a real sense of spaciousness.
• To the front of the holiday home is a long open space where on one side a reading / dining table has been created, and on the other, a lovely sitting area. There’s an additional (guest) toilet that also houses the washing machine.
• This side of the property boasts a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, toilet and wash basin. The bedroom opens out onto the patio.
• The cosy kitchen features a beautifully tiled floor and is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The tall breakfast bar furnished with stools is the perfect spot for a convivial get together whilst during winter, a wood-burning stove provides additional warmth and ambience. The kitchen opens out onto the covered terrace with dining table.
• To one side of the passage, which leads to the patio, there’s a swimming pool and terrace and, to the other side, another lovely sitting area next to an open fire. The same passage leads to the large master bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with double wash basins, shower and toilet. This bedroom additionally benefits from doors that open out onto the pool terrace and another private terrace on the east side of the property; a lovely sun trap that’s particularly delightful in the mornings.
• An attractive staircase leads upstairs to the third bedroom, with three single beds and a small bathroom, complete with shower, toilet and wash basin. This bedroom opens onto a roof terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea to the distance.
• Although the owner has consciously chosen not to furnish the property with a television, there is WI-FI Internet.

Outside; 200 m2 of terraces and 7700 m2 of garden:

• The holiday home is purposely surrounded by seating areas, making it perfectly possible to enjoy the sun at any time of day.
• Four separate areas (a reading table, kitchen, passage and bedroom) boast doors opening onto the terrace, where the superb swimming pool (10x5x2.5 meters) awaits. With six sunbeds (under the shade of two parasols), hammocks, a dining table and an outdoor shower for additional cooling, this is the ultimate place to relax and unwind. 
• To the other side of the property is the patio; a sunny, south facing spot with a covered terrace, sunbeds and an additional outdoor shower.
• To the front of the holiday home is ample parking and views of Benitachell village. 
• By 2022, air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms. There is also an advanced new heat pump system installed (in combination with solar panels) which makes that on colder days the underfloor heating can also stay on at night. This makes staying in the house, even in low season, very attractive.

To summarize; a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca.
