Ground floor

• A wooden gate provides access to the courtyard of Casa Soleto.
• From that courtyard, you enter the living room with a large sofa and a passage to the dining room with a fully restored round dining table and fireplace. Here you will also find a separate toilet.
• On the other side of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook together. The kitchen has an ILVE gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, beautiful cooking utensils, and handmade crockery. There is a small dining table and the kitchen has direct access to the courtyard through patio doors.
• Behind the kitchen is the media/lounge area - what was once the old chapel - with two single beds (measuring 90x200cm) to accommodate two additional guests. When the beds are not in use, it acts as a large (4m) and comfortable sofa. This room has a private toilet and access to a small patio with an outdoor shower and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
• Finally, connected to the living room is the garden room (‘tea room’) with a 3-meter sofa, the perfect place to relax and read a book. This room gives access to the private garden

Upper floor

• The upper floor with the bedrooms can only be reached via the outside staircase in the courtyard. The bedrooms are connected from the inside.
• On the right side of the stairwell, you enter a landing, which leads to the first bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) with a view of the street and the church, a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, and a built-in wardrobe.
• On the other side of the landing is the large master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), a small roof terrace overlooking the garden, and a large bathroom with an old cast iron roll-top bath (with shower in the bath)
• To the left of the stairs - and accessible from the bathroom of the master bedroom - you enter another large bedroom, with a double bed (180x200cm). This room has a small living room with a single bed (90x200cm), perfect for a child. In the back is a large tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor spaces:

• Courtyard (with access to the living areas downstairs and the sleeping areas upstairs) with an outdoor table for 8 people.
• Private garden (80m2) with a plunge pool (3x2m / 1.5m), sun terrace, and outdoor shower
• Small roof terrace (accessible from the master bedroom upstairs)

Extra information:

• Casa Soleto is an architectural masterpiece that has been lovingly restored, preserving elements that are several hundred years old, but which are not perfect. The imperfection of these old elements makes this house unique and contributes to the historic and charming ambiance that you will experience here.
