There is an open living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa in the sitting area by the pellet stove for cool winter evenings, three bedrooms (for 6 people), and hotel-style bathrooms. All rooms have sliding doors that offer a magnificent view of the greenery and access to the garden. The garden is fully equipped to enjoy the outdoors with a lawn for children to play on, a pétanque court, a covered terrace with a dining table for alfresco meals, a lounge area, and, last but not least, a heated swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
And that's not all... Just a 15-minute drive away, you will find the gorgeous sandy beaches of the Silver Coast. You will also find plenty of surfing opportunities on the beaches between Nazaré and Peniche and nearby authentic villages such as Alcobaça and Caldas da Rainha with local markets and shops. And even the city of Lisbon is doable for a day trip.

Casa Viva (278m2) is a newly built villa located on a beautiful and spacious plot (4500m2) with stunning views over the surrounding green hilly landscape.
The layout of the house is as follows:
- Open living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a cooking island with an induction hob. Furthermore, you will find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, air fryer, and dishwasher. The sitting area has a comfortable sofa, smart-tv with Netflix function, and a pellet stove (only for the winter months).
- A corridor leads to the sleeping area with a total of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The bathroom opens onto a small patio. The second bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm), and the third has two single beds (200x90cm). The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space and sliding doors that provide direct access to the garden.
- There is also a large storage/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- Everything is on ground level.
Outside:
- Two covered terraces, one with an outdoor table for 8 people and a Weber BBQ
- Lounge corner
- Heated swimming pool (10x4m, with a depth of 1m50) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower
