The apartments of Dona Graça are quietly set in the charming Graça neighborhood just outside the center of Lisbon. The building has eight apartments (divided into four categories and two floors), all with a beautiful design, which combines traditional materials with modern décor.

• All apartments have an open plan living room with a kitchenette that includes an oven/microwave combination, espresso machine, kettle, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and a toaster.
• The living room is also equipped with a dining table and a sofa bed where a child can sleep (up to 12 years).
• The bedrooms have a comfortable and luxurious box spring bed, beautiful lighting, and a hand-made wardrobe with a safe.
• Bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries (from the Portuguese brand Castelbel) are available along with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet.

The comfort studio has a French balcony overlooking the garden and pool. It features a bedroom with a double bed, and an open living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (for a child up to 12 years). The bathroom, with Moorish design tiles, has a shower, toilet, and a sink.

Superior apartment | 55m2 | 2 adults + 1 child
The superior apartment has a French balcony overlooking the facades of the Graça neighborhood. It features a bedroom with a double bed, and an open living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (for a child up to 12 years). The bathroom, tiled in Moorish style, has a shower, toilet, and sink.

Superior family apartment | 55m2 | | 4 adults + 1 child
The superior family apartment is an ideal apartment for a family, thanks to the two (communicating) bedrooms. This apartment features an open-plan living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (for a child up to 12 years old). The bathroom, tiled in Moorish style, has a shower, toilet, and a sink. The apartment is on the street side.

Deluxe apartment | 55m2 | 2 adults + 1 child
The deluxe apartment has a balcony with garden and pool views, a bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (for a child up to 12 years old). The very spacious bathroom, with Moorish design tiles, has a shower, a bath, a toilet, and a sink.

You enter the building on the ground floor where you will find the reception and a shop with beautiful Portuguese products which are also used in the decoration of the apartments. You will be welcomed by one of the owners (or their co-worker) who plan to open here a restaurant as well. From the reception, you have access to the garden.

It is possible to rent two apartments together for one party. Some apartments share a hallway with a kind of front door that can be closed, creating two interconnecting apartments that share one entrance.

Outside:
Dona Graça is nestled in a spectacular green garden with a lawn, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. In the garden, you will also find a large picnic table where you can eat.

Facilities & extra services:

• Every morning a breakfast basket is delivered to the door of your apartment. Breakfast consists of fresh orange juice, bread, jam, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, and the famous "Pastel de Nata".
• Welcome pack (wine and cheese)
• A shop with wines and other local Portuguese products
• Daily cleaning
• A child and baby bed can be added on request
• Own parking (10 parking spots are available for 10 euros per day)
• Airport transfer (24 hours a day). The fee is Euro 35 for a one-way ticket.
