This luxurious, stylish, and detached villa with lots of privacy and sea views 'all over' is a wonderful hideaway on the southeast coast of Spain. The villa was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with every modern comfort imaginable. It is set on a large plot on the outskirts of the beautiful, authentic village of Altea and only a 10-minute drive from the beach, where you immerse in an Ibiza-style ambiance with lively beach bars and restaurants.
The villa is suitable for 8 people and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. The use of natural materials, beautiful accessories, and lighting create a warm atmosphere both inside and outside. The tropical walled garden has been landscaped as new and looks heavenly.
Thanks to the south-facing position, you can be in the sun all day using the various terraces in the garden. The living room overlooks the saltwater pool, which can be heated and, therefore, be enjoyed in every season. Children will find here a true playground, with the water slide and the in-ground trampoline. \
In the evening the garden turns into a fairytale scene through the subtly lit plants, facades, and trees. You will experience an ultimate holiday feeling throughout the year!

Calendar Legenda
At the reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. No refund will be made in case of cancellation. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit. 1000 Euro, this amount must be transferred to Nice2stay together with the (remainder) payment of the rent. If you leave the house well and no damage has been detected, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.

The villa is ideally located; only 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach or a half-hour walk for the experienced hiker. Within a 5-minutes’ ride, you reach a supermarket that sells delicious warm bread and fantastic meat. And there are several excellent restaurants at a short distance from the villa. El Fresno Blanco has phenomenal sea views, amazing vistas of the mountains and you will see from the villa the most inspiring sunrises and sunsets.
