Finca Flor del Almendro is a recently built holiday home, situated in the Spanish hinterland near the Costa Blanca, in the Vall de Pop. Via a long driveway lined with palm trees you reach the estate of Finca Flor del Almendro, where you will be surprised by the peace, space and exceptional views of the mountains and the Spanish countryside.
It's a holiday home with a private pool, with the traditional Spanish character of a finca and Moorish influences. In the house, you will find a cozy living room with a modern kitchen and you can fully open the authentic wooden doors on both sides, which creates the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling. Three bedrooms are divided over two floors, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.
Finca Flor del Almendro is all about outdoor living! From breakfast under the porch, playing and lounging in and around the pool, to magical evenings under the starry sky. This makes Finca Flor del Almendro ideal for a family/friend group of up to 6 people who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and quality time together with all the conveniences at hand. Around the 13-metre pool, you will find various seating areas, lounge beds, and an outdoor bar. Ideal for long summer days at the Finca. The finca is located on a large and green estate (45.000 m²) in the interior of Spain. Yet, you are only 30 minutes away from the sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca and beautiful towns such as Javea, Denia, and Benissa.

At reservation a down payment of 30% of the booking amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 6 weeks. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 500 euro, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 2 weeks before arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

Layout Finca Flor del Almendro | 142 m²
- Upon entering you will find on your left the living room, with a sitting area and smart TV.
- Further on you will find the modern kitchen, equipped with an espresso machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, built-in fridge and freezer, induction cooker, toaster, juicer, milk frother, and other cooking utensils.
- Behind the kitchen you will find a dining table for 6 people.
- On the ground floor is a bedroom, with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom en suite. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is a ceiling fan in the ground-floor bedroom.
First floor:
- On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). It is also possible to make up the two single beds into a double bed.
- There is a shared washbasin on the mezzanine and the two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
- All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a built-in wardrobe.
Outside areas:
The estate consists of no less than 45000 m² and features olive trees, almond trees and fruit trees.
- Outside you will find at the front of the Finca a covered terrace with a dining table and lounge chairs.
- Adjacent to the terrace is the swimming pool of 5 by 13 meters wide and up to 1.85 meters deep. There are pool toys available.
- Next to the swimming pool is a covered lounge with large sofas with comfortable seat cushions. There are also some beanbags that you can move around.
- Further on you will find the outdoor bar with a fridge, sink, and electric grill.
- Around the pool, you will also find sun beds and an outdoor shower. There is also a separate toilet at the side of the house.
- At the back of the house is also a second covered lounge area with comfortable chairs and you will find between the olive trees a relaxing hammock.
- Additionally, there is a Pétanque court at the Finca.
- There are covered parking spaces.

Facilities
Location
Finca Flor del Almendro is located on the Costa Blanca, about 20 kilometres from the coast. The house is located in the Vall de Pop, nowadays also called the Jalón Valley, with vineyards, olive, citrus and almond trees, sandwiched between several mountain ranges. Near the holiday house you will find the small village of Alcalalí (2 km), where you will find some restaurants and some small shops. In the vicinity of Alcalalí you will find the larger towns of Orba (7,5 km), situated on the banks of the Jalón (Gorgos) River, and Jalón (3,5 km), the capital of this valley where a weekly farmers' market and flea market are held. There are also several vineyards in this valley where you can go for a tour and a wine tasting.
The coastal towns of the Costa Blanca are also easy to reach. For example, drive to Benissa (15 km) a small, typical Spanish village with many local festivals and traditions throughout the year. It has some nice terraces and a beautiful cathedral and there is a market every Saturday. Or go to Moraira (23 km), a not so touristic village with several restaurants, bars and shops or Altea (27,5 km), a charming fishing village with a cosy harbour and small streets full of traditional white houses. Altea also offers beaches and a nice boulevard with cafes and restaurants for a drink or a snack.
Furthermore, there are some beautiful bays with sandy beaches in the area where you can relax and swim all day. For example, drive to the beach Cala Baladrar (21 km), to the bay Cala Llobella (21 km) or to Caleta de l'Advocat (21 km), where a small sandy beach is located behind the high cliffs. Or drive to the beach of El Portet (24 km), the bay with beautiful clear water. In the surrounding mountains, beautiful walks or mountain bike tours can be made. In the interior of this region, there are also several waterfalls.
For a sportive holiday, besides cycling and walking in the beautiful nature, horse riding and surfing are also possible. The Ifach golf course (20 km) is also 35 minutes away by car and you can also play tennis here. You can also drive to La Sella Golf in Jesus Pobre (15 km).
