Immersed in a 550-hectare family estate of Father Pedro, in the south of Spain's Extremadura, stands a beautifully restored 19th-century farmhouse: La Dehesa de Don Pedro. This traditional country house exudes charm, history, and authenticity but has all the facilities, details, and comfort of an alluring boutique hotel. Inside, original elements have been restored and are mixed with a careful selection of natural fabrics and materials: linen, wood, and ceramics that match the surrounding meadows ('dehesa') of the estate.
