Palazzo Sant'Anna is a beautifully restored palace nestled in the heart of the old town of Lecce. It features seven suites, all furnished with high-quality materials and finished with the finest details and natural fabrics. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, an LCD television, a small fridge/minibar, as well as soft towels and toiletries in the modern bathrooms. Some suites have a small kitchenette with (limited) cooking facilities.

This suite has a private balcony overlooking the main street and is only accessible by stairs.

Suite La Corte | 20 m² | 2 people
This suite has a private entrance from the street side and is only accessible by stairs. 

• The suite has a double bed and a desk.
• The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, and a sink. A unique wall-print is the eye-catcher in the bathroom!

Suite Suore | 40 m² | 4 people
This suite overlooks the courtyard garden and can only be reached via a staircase. 

• The suite has one bedroom with a double bed (which can also be made up as two single beds).
• There is also a living room with a sofa bed (where two people can sleep) and a vintage round table with two chairs.
• The living room has a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a one-pits hob, and cooking utensils. 
• The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Suite Pitaccio | 50 m² | 2 people 
This spacious suite has a private entrance from the street side and has a beautiful vaulted ceiling and stone walls.

• The suite has a double bed (which can also be separated into two single beds), a seating area, and a desk. 
• In an alcove, you will find a kitchenette including a sink, a vintage fridge, and a one-pits hob.
• The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower, bidet, toilet, and a sink.
• The showpiece of this suite is the marvelous hot tub hidden behind the bed. 

Suite Gigli | 50 m² | 4 people
This spacious suite has a private entrance and a balcony overlooking the main street.

• The suite consists of a sleeping area with a double bed that can also be made up as two single beds.
• You will find a vintage table, two chairs, and a chaise longue.
• A staircase leads to the mansard with a sofa bed where two people can sleep.
• The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, a huge shower, and a sink. On an elevate floor, stands a beautiful freestanding bath! 

Suite Paradiso | 70 m² | 4 people
This very spacious suite has a private terrace with stunning views of the historic center and is accessible by elevator or stairs.

• In the sleeping area are a double bed and a large wooden closet. 
• Some stairs lead to a very spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath, a toilet, bidet, sink, and a large walk-in shower. 
• The living area has a modern sofa bed (where two people can sleep), a large closet, vintage cinema seats, and a table with two stools.

Services of Palazzo Sant’Anna:

• A welcome package with fruit and snacks. 
• Daily breakfast with a wide choice of homemade pastries, bread, jam, coffee, tea, and many other delicacies. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room. A gluten-free or lactose-free breakfast can be served on request. 
• In the evening between 19.00-21.00, your room will be prepared for the night. The curtains are closed, the lights are set in night mode, towels are changed, and an herbal tea (with a small snack) is prepared for you. 
• The staff can make restaurant reservations, help you plan day trips (to explore the region), and provide information about museums and cultural activities in the city. 
• The hotel offers valet parking for your car at an additional 25 euros per night in a private, secure, and covered parking space.
